The fire‑stop module is manufactured by compression molding using an inorganic intumescent base material, a flame retardant, and a polymeric binder. It features a tongue‑and‑groove self‑locking interlocking structure and is designed for sealing cable and pipeline penetrations through walls and floor slabs. When exposed to heat, it rapidly expands and chars, forming a dense thermal‑insulating and smoke‑blocking barrier that effectively prevents the spread of flames and smoke. It serves as a replacement for traditional fire‑stop mortars and fire‑stop packs, offering superior strength, extended service life, and the ability to be disassembled and reused.
The fire‑stop bag is encased in a high‑temperature‑resistant fiberglass fire‑proof fabric, with an interior filled with inorganic, fire‑resistant, insulating, and intumescent flame‑retardant materials. It is shaped like a pillow‑like fabric pouch. It is primarily used for fire‑stopping cable and pipeline penetrations through walls and floor slabs, as well as cable trench openings. When exposed to fire, the internal materials expand and cure, forming a honeycomb‑structured, sealed fire‑barrier that prevents the spread of flames and smoke. It is a commonly employed flexible fire‑stopping material.
Asbestos boards are industrial panels manufactured primarily from asbestos fibers, combined with rubber and binders, through mixing, pressing, and vulcanization. Fluororubber gaskets are made of FKM fluororubber (fluorocarbon rubber), produced by molding compounded fluororubber compounds or by cutting sheet stock. They are high‑performance elastic sealing gaskets, typically black in color, and rely on the elasticity of the rubber to provide static seals at flanges, valves, and equipment interfaces. These gaskets exhibit excellent resistance to high temperatures, oils, and chemical corrosion, making them well suited for demanding service conditions involving high‑temperature oils, acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. They represent an upgraded, replacement alternative to conventional rubber gaskets.
PTFE packing is woven from PTFE fibers and classified as a gland‑packing seal. It is installed in the stuffing boxes of pumps, valves, and agitators to provide rotary, reciprocating, and static sealing for shafts. It exhibits excellent resistance to most highly corrosive media, has a low coefficient of friction, does not contaminate the process fluid, and is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food‑processing industries for corrosion‑resistant sealing applications.
