Dual Assurance of Equipment and Production Capacity
●Equipped with precision machinery such as a five-axis machining center and a wire-cut electrical discharge machine, our processing accuracy can reach ±0.002 mm, enabling us to efficiently handle mold manufacturing requirements—including complex curved surfaces and ultra-precise microstructures.
●Production capacity is stable and controllable: large-scale molds have a monthly production capacity of over 50 sets, while medium- and small-sized precision molds have a monthly production capacity of over 300 sets. The on-time delivery rate exceeds 97%, enabling us to meet bulk and urgent order demands across multiple industries.
Full-process standardized management and control
●Establish a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, covering the entire process from raw materials to processing and finished products. Raw materials undergo spectral spot checks upon arrival; during the processing stage, “first inspection + online monitoring” is implemented, and core dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.005 mm.
●The finished products must undergo trial mold verification for 50 to 100 pieces, and a full-size inspection report must be provided. The mold qualification rate must exceed 98.5%, with a service life of up to 500,000 cycles. Furthermore, data from the entire production process must be traceable for more than 10 years.
Precise adaptation across multiple domains
●We offer a one-stop customized service ranging from demand diagnosis and design optimization to prototype delivery. Our technical team collaborates closely with customers to optimize product structures, reducing the average number of prototype iterations by 30%.
●It can meet the needs of multiple industries, including automotive, electronics, and home appliances. We are capable of producing large-scale molds for automotive components as well as micro-precision molds with a pitch of just 0.3 mm. Standard custom molds are delivered within no more than 30 days, and we provide 24-hour after-sales technical support.
