  • Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheets, also known as Teflon or Fluon, are sheets made from polytetrafluoroethylene resin.

    Feature

    Temperature Resistance: Can be used continuously over a temperature range from -180℃ to +250℃. It remains non-brittle at low temperatures and maintains stable performance at high temperatures.
    Chemical Stability: With the exception of molten sodium metal and liquid fluorine, it is resistant to corrosion by all other chemicals, including strong acids, strong bases, and aqua regia. It remains unchanged even when boiled in water.
    Electrical Insulation: Possesses excellent electrical insulation performance, with a low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, as well as high dielectric strength.
    Low coefficient of friction: The coefficient of friction is extremely low, offering excellent self-lubricating properties and minimal wear.
    Non-stick property: The surface tension is extremely low, preventing any substances from adhering to it, making cleaning and demolding easy.
    Weather resistance: Excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation and atmospheric conditions, making it resistant to aging or degradation.
    Flame retardancy: Exhibits excellent flame retardancy and is not easily combustible.

    Molded boards: Common size specifications include 400mm×400mm and 500mm×500mm, with thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 120mm.
    Turning plates: The width typically ranges from 50 mm to 2200 mm, and the thickness is between 0.3 mm and 8 mm.
