At the same time, verify that the spindle speed on the machine tool does not exceed the maximum operating speed indicated on the grinding wheel.
Installation requirements: The grinding wheel must be secured exclusively using the dedicated nut wrench, and the nuts should be tightened gradually in a symmetrical, sequential manner on opposite sides of the spindle. The tightness of the nuts should be appropriate. The fit between the grinding wheel bore and the spindle and chuck must comply with relevant standard specifications.
Usage Notes: Newly installed grinding wheels must undergo a no-load test with the protective guard in place. During grinding, it is prohibited to apply pressure to the grinding wheel by pushing the workpiece with a lever, and multiple workpieces must not be stacked together for cutting.
