Glass fiber mesh cloth is a sealing material made by impregnating and coating glass fiber woven fabric with a polymer-based anti-emulsion.

Good chemical stability: resistant to alkalis, acids, water, cement erosion, and other chemical corrosives; strongly adhesive to resins and easily soluble in styrene and similar substances.
High strength, high modulus, and lightweight: It boasts high tensile strength, effectively distributes stress, and is relatively lightweight, making it easy to handle during construction and transportation.
Good dimensional stability: stiff and smooth, resistant to shrinkage and deformation, with excellent positioning accuracy, ensuring that the product maintains its shape and dimensions during use.

Interior wall insulation mesh fabric: Made from medium-alkali or alkali-free glass fiber mesh fabric as the base material, coated with a modified acrylic copolymer adhesive. The mesh openings typically measure 5mm×5mm or 4mm×4mm, with a basis weight ranging from 80g to 165g per square meter.
Exterior wall insulation mesh fabric: Made from medium-alkali or alkali-free glass fiber yarn, it is woven into a mesh fabric and then coated with an acrylic copolymer liquid before being dried. Mesh sizes include 5mm×5mm and 4mm×5mm, with a basis weight ranging from 80g to 160g per square meter.
GRC product reinforcing mesh fabric: Made from glass fiber woven fabric and treated with a polymer alkali-resistant emulsion, it comes in standard mesh sizes such as 8mm×8mm and 10mm×10mm, with a basis weight of approximately 125 grams per square meter.
Self-adhesive tape: Primarily used for repairing drywall and gypsum board joints, etc. Available in mesh sizes of 8×8 and 9×9 per inch, with weights ranging from 55g to 85g per square meter.Application fields
In the construction field, it is widely used in applications such as wall reinforcement, interior and exterior wall insulation, and roof waterproofing. Generally, the mesh fabric is laid within the finishing mortar to form a sandwich structure of “mortar—mesh fabric—mortar.” During construction, it’s important to ensure that the wall surface remains clean and dry. The mesh fabric should be cut precisely, and when laying it out, it should be smoothed and spread evenly from the center toward the edges. The overlap length at the perimeter must be no less than 70 mm. At areas such as external corners and window/door openings, additional reinforcement measures should be taken.
